We Are Called to Worship the Lord
Romans 11:36 For from Him and through Him and to Him are all things. To Him be the glory forever. Amen (Romans 11:36). The reigning theme of all creation and redemptive history is that of the true worship of God (Psalm 8). The Universe itself was designed for this very purpose and therefore the heavens continually recount the glory of God and His worthiness to be praised (Psalm 19:1-4). As well, mankind was created for this purpose of worship, and in a very special way. Because of this all men are called upon to worship the Lord (Revelation 14:6-7). From this we understand that the highest calling of the believer is to love the Lord his God with all his heart, soul, mind and strength and to love his neighbor as himself (Mark 12:28-31). No other priority of worship and ministry will do. It is therefore our goal as a church to be defined, not by our programs or activities, but by a God centered worship that saturates all that we say and do. We welcome you to this website and invite you to contact us if you have any questions about this privilege of worship, as revealed in the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
